Meetings

We have the largest hotel conference centre in the Cowichan Valley region. We are the ideal location with our proximity to many attractions such as golfing, wineries, fishing, totems. Our catering department’s mission is to be attentive to all details, providing groups with outstanding customer service. Our beautiful garden courtyard is adjacent to the ballroom, available for weddings, barbecues, photographs, cocktail parties and special events.

Each section of the ballroom has a retractable, sound- proof wall.
